I work by appointment rather than fixed hours. If it's urgent, say so when you call and I'll do my best to fit you in.

No. I come to your home, so everything is sorted right where you use it.

I charge £30 an hour, and travel time is included, so there's no separate call-out fee. There's a £10 minimum charge. I'll agree the price with you before I start any work.

Then you don't pay. It's as simple as that: no fix, no fee.

Yes. Explaining things is a big part of what I do. I'll go at your pace, use your own devices, and keep it in plain English.

Yes. I offer consultations for office setups and IT infrastructure, and advice on what to buy. It's the same £30 an hour.

Sometimes a job means getting into an account or a device. If that happens, you can type your password in yourself. I'll never ask you to read it out or send it to me in a message.
